Be careful, Startech has silently replaced this model and unfortunately it does not support BIOS screen / DOS screen anymore :(

If you have the original model that I reviewed, I use 60 for Contrast, 55 for Brightness, Size to full and Red, Green and Blue set to 50. Make sure your capture device is set to limited RGB colour range.
