In this is video we go over a couple different ways to counter the -66% negative skill you get for respecing any of the 4 major skills, physical, wits, combat, or shooting.
The is no way to respec a 5th skill at this time. But this makes it super fast and easy and is 100% legit. This also works to speed up 5th skills though they cannot be changed.
