3- By placing the Stairs adjacent to the Oratory he should lose 1 point because of the Oratory Adjacency penalty

23:44 Then Richard backtracks and instead of taking back the 6000 only takes 2000 (but it will even out when he buys the room for 4000 and don't pay for it next)
