The discs are worth The Number of points of the Area (in this case 2 points) + the number of Cubes of the Same Color in the same city as the disc, so, Richard scores 2 points for each cube for a total of 2 Points and 2 points for each Disc (city) 6 points, plus one more point for each cube in a city he controls (that he has a disc in), so it's one more point for a total of 9 Points...
