12:16 Jen didn't need to use the 3 AP's to call an Archaeologist and then move him twice to setup the camp... you can setup a camp anywhere even if there's no Archaeologist in the tile...
so Jen just wasted 2 AP's, not 3 because she will always have to spend 1 AP to call the Archaeologist to the camp, be it the first or the new one
