13:16 It means the Domain, the place where players play their Command Cards, it has the same symbol printed on there... and it means that the Draconian action only affects players that have card(s) in their Domain, if they don't have card(s) in there, meaning that they have Plotted in their previous turn, they are immune to the Draconian Action
14:05 And as I just explained, this is wrong because Richard just did the Plot Action, he doesn't have card(s) in his Domain so he's immune to the Draconian Action...
15:17 That Production card Richard used for the example was from Jen's hand and now Richard stole it!!!
