Stationeers Mimas Standard 27 - Building a Rocket | Shakedown Flight
Hey, everyone! Alan here, diving back into Stationeers with a big experiment—taking my custom-built rocket on a shakedown mission! In this video, I explore the challenges of rocket design, fuel mixing, and in-game physics, with plenty of unexpected explosions and quirky problem-solving along the way.
Here's what you'll see:
✨ Adding a second fuel tank for extra capacity.
✨ Dealing with nitrous issues and switching back to volatiles and oxygen.
✨ A fair share of technical hiccups, including combustion mishaps, faulty scripts, and throttle surprises.
✨ Testing a 2:1 fuel-to-oxidizer ratio and troubleshooting the engine.
✨ An attempt to set a destination, launch, and reach orbit—with hilarious results.
From figuring out how to improve the fuel delivery system to grappling with an overly rich oxidizer mix, this mission is filled with ups, downs, and everything in between. Do I make it to orbit? Do I land gracefully? Well... let’s just say the results are entertaining. 😅
💡 Got tips for improving my fuel system or managing mixed fuels? Drop them in the comments—I’d love to hear your thoughts!
If you enjoyed the ride (or the crashes), don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more space adventures in Stationeers!
See you in the next one!
