Unlike fast fiends, they spawn in groups of six every 10 minutes.
*Combat tip* Hide behind trees at K14 or squat down on lower terrain at C5 to engage them from a safe distance.

Future patches will make them even stronger:
Instead of melee attacks, they’ll apply *bleeding and poisoning effects*
They can teleport to evade your attacks.
