17Mages must maintain MP potions and gels on hand at all times. While most of the time you can rely on running around to replenish your mana, this might not be enough. When this occurs, it is usually a good idea to have these recovery items on hand. In the late game, when you frequently have to deal with many foes at once, having some additional mana restore items will literally save your life.
