Valve's PC gaming platform, Steam, has changed policy to allow returns of games that were purchased in the last 14 days and have less than 2 hours of plaid time. They join Origin (ea's service) in allowing their buyers to refund digital games. It probably won't be long until Microsoft and Playstation to make this change as well!
