Steam Deck Game Play: Guards of the Gate
3Video showing initial game play for Guards of the Gate on the Steam Deck. Steam says the game is Unknown for support at this time, but it seems to play fine with just a few controls. However, this game will most likely be considered Unsupported by Valve since I can't seem to figure out how to exit the game without exiting by using the Steam Button option. I confirmed on my laptop that when you press the ESC key, it opens a menu that allows you to exit. However, I mapped the ESC key to multiple controls on the Steam Deck and they didn't work. Other than that, you use the Right Joy Stick or Track Pad to move the in-game mouse pointer and you use the Right Trigger R2 to select. The game looks good, but some of the text is a little small and difficult to read. Again, this game seems Playable, but you have to exit the game in a way that isn't intended.
