Steam Next Fest October 2021 Games [Indie Games & Known Devs]
So, Steam Next Fest October 2021 just wrapped up.
There were a good number of interesting indie games showcased during the event - as well as titles from established companies. Some have been released, others are TBA. So, we went through and picked the ones (just scratching the surface really) that sparked our interest the most and made a list of titles to discuss.
The games include: D&D Dark Alliance, Quest of Wizard, Lodestar, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, The Dragoness Command of the Flame, Robin Hood Sherwood Builders, and Blade of Darkness. We get into what makes them appealing to us and which ones we'll likely purchase. We also have a first-hand reaction to the gameplay of the recently released New World MMO from Spy himself.
Spy gets into the good, the bad, and the ugly of the new MMORPG that's poised to take its place among the biggest titles already out.
If you're interested in jumping to a particular title, here are the timestamps:
8:35 - Quest of Wizard
12:15 - Dungeons and Dragons Dark Alliance
15:58 - Lodestar
18:14 - Into the Pit
21:14 - Tiny Tina's Wonderlands
29:04 - The Dragoness: Command of the Flame
44:17 - Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders
48:07 - Blade of Darkness
1:04:22 - New World MMO Gameplay Experience
Are there any titles you're personally looking forward to?
If so, let everyone know in the comments below. This year's showcase was huge. So, it was difficult to sift through all of them.

***About SpyPie***
At SpyPie Gaming, we respect video games and what they offer. Especially when it comes to one of our favorite games - The Elder Scrolls Online.
We produce content that: highlights changes to the game, educates new and seasoned players on a variety of aspects, and strives to entertain as well. We also produce broader content relating to the gaming industry as a whole such as overviews of games both out and soon to release, news, and coverage of events in the gaming community.
We're currently a team of two highly dedicated contributors who simply want to share experiences and engage with other players.
That being said, we consider ourselves professionals. So, expect a touch of professionalism in everything we put out. If not, speak up. We believe in the concept of continuous improvement. Which leads to another thing you’ll find here: diverse perspectives. We believe tolerance of differing views is essential to community—and that's what we're here to achieve after all.
