Here is the Fix

1. For those who not able to update their steam or updating is getting stucked at certain point
This might be happening after u accept the steam beta participation

2.Run Type regedit

3.goto HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valve

4.There will be folder named as BETA Delete that Folder

i have already deleted it

And Start ur Steam again It will work
