I discovered an interesting issue with performance of VR games in SteamVR when the Vivaldi web browser was open. So far the only workaround is to close the browser.

System specs:
- ASUS Maximus VI Formula motherboard (with latest BIOS)
- Intel Core i7 4770k (overclocked to 4.0 GHz)
- 32 GB Dual Channel G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series (overclocked to 2400 MHz)
- ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1080 TI 11GB OC (GPU overclocked to 2012 MHz, VRAM overclocked to 6003 MHz)
- HTC Vive (connected via HDMI to video card listed above)

Video recorded with OBS Studio using OpenVR plugin v1.2.

In-VR FPS overlay used was fpsVR (available on Steam), as is Virtual Desktop/Virtual Desktop Dashboard.
