Steel Hunters - Great game until crazy FPS drop - Any Ideas Why?

2This was my 2nd game of the day, and I suddenly hit a major FPS drop, my Ping shot up, not sure if that may have been the cause. But the weird thing is that it continued in the menus. Anybody have any ideas My resources were fine, I am running a 4090, so that shouldn't be problem. ALT + F4 to get out of the game because the menu didn't want to pop up to close the game. Loaded back in and all fine.
