The Stalker boss fight with a heavy emphasis on using Beta Skills throughout it. These are very powerful stills that from what I’ve seen so far, never fail to stagger enemies when they are used, even out of attack combos. They deal a lot of damage and you can even follow up with them too. For those not using them much I highly recommend them for these reasons.

As for the fight itself I’ll be honest it was pretty challenging for me. I’m still not use to the extremely early parry timing this game demands when deflect attacks and for a while I’ve been using the dodge like a souls dodge, which doesn’t work here lol. Dodging backwards seems to be the only way to get a perfect dodge off and with it, I-frames from what I’ve seen. Some of the fast combos were pretty difficult to learn how to parry consecutive cause again, very early timing is needed for them to be perfect deflects. I beat this fight a good handful of times but this was by far the cleanest run I had so of course I wanted to post this one. Overall this game has a lot of potential and if I can get accustomed to the timings I can see myself enjoying it even more. These fights seem like they will be challenging so I’m looking forward to more, if I do decide to get the game. I’m undecided as of now but the demo was a great first impression of the game and was fun
