This Stellar Blade game guide video shows how to complete a puzzle in Matrix 11 involving the tram. You'll have to solve it during the Alpha Signal main quest, in the same location where you defeated the Stalker boss.
The console near the exit from the hangar requires a password. Go to the control terminal from the video - it's used to operate the large lift with the tram on top of it.
Rotate the tram to the correct position and then spray water on it (X button). The goal is to remove the blood from the side of the tram and to uncover the tram number which is is the passcode - N72R5. Use it to leave this area.
