Description:
Regia Magna, the Kingdom of Alchemy, was destroyed by a mysterious black shadow in the Black Moon incident. Two years later, the adventurer Stella and her fairy companion Luciolus explore the Mythical Tower to uncover the secrets of that kingdom. However, the tower has strictly enforced rogue-like rules, since you can't bring anything in or take anything out. The only thing Stella can rely on is accumulated knowledge from exploring, which will allow her to gain a headstart during subsequent runs.

Apparently, this stratum has a mad scientist aesthetic, which is why it smells bad. Despite this, I feel like mechanically, there's nothing unique about any stratum. They just have monsters with bigger stats.
