In the matrix that I discussed between the 3rd & 5th minutes of the video - If you have a story, you continue to build it using the STAR format.

But if you don't have ANY stories for "Leadership", "Personal development", etc. you need to focus on DEVELOPING YOUR PROFILE now so that you have those stories ready to be told by the time you submit your application in August or December.

You still have 6-8 months to improve your profile. So, PLEASE do this exercise to identify the gaps. WILL help you a lot!
