Edit: Many have mentioned that "Muscle Ike" is actually his Radiant Dawn design. I completely forgot they changed his design at all in that game.

It is interesting though that they decided not to use his Radiant Dawn design for Brawl in the first place, though. Radiant Dawn came out in 2007, almost a year before Brawl in 2008.
