17Stoked is a snowboarding game released in 2009 for Xbox 360 and Windows PC, developed by Bongfish GmbH. The game features 5 real-life mountain ranges to ride (with 2 more added in Big Air Edition), as well as multiple real Pros to challenge and Brands to get sponsored by. Stoked: Big Air Edition was released later in 2009 as a standalone version with additional content and multiple quality of life and gameplay progression improvements compared to the original Stoked.
The gameplay heavily emphasizes backcountry riding and conquering the mountains' natural terrain, along with doing several types of Media challenges and competing in high-score Events to unlock more mountain ranges and more challenges on them. There's an expansive Single Player, and while the main Xbox Live-exclusive competition stuff like Battle of the Brands, etc is no more, I think you can still play on Xbox Live and ride with your friends.
Overall, the game is alright but there's a lot of jank that gets in the way, as well as weirdly-designed systems from a dev team taking their first shot at a console-level game. However, Stoked does a good job at keeping you engaged and going through its content without being slowed by a plot or gimmicky missions. It's an interesting game to try if you can find a copy, especially the Big Air Edition version.
