Stone Tower Arrangement
321I love Majora's Mask. The gameplay is fantastic, it's incredibly unique as a Legend of Zelda game and it has more emotion in it than every other Legend of Zelda game put together (except Link's Awakening). And what makes this even better is how the music works with the emotion. There are songs like Song of Healing and Final Hours that are clearly moving but I think Stone Tower is up there too.
The whole level of Ikana Canyon is a lonely and unusual place. But while the Ikana Canyon music gives off the vibe of the creepy and the disturbing, the Stone Tower music feels more isolated and surreal. It sounds...beautiful. For this I felt that the acousitc guitar worked well with the chords and the backing that I set up. Also, Stone Tower has about 5 different riffs going on at different stages of the song. So what I did was put them all together by the end of the song. Tell me what you think.
