Stonespine Architects: Preview (GAMA Expo 2023)
7Stonespine Architects is a game that Thunderworks has coming to Kickstarter in July of this yea. Stonespine is from the same designer of Cartographers and takes place in the same universe as Roll Player. This is a drafting game in which you are building a dungeon of four cards across the top. Once you've placed your four for the row you count up how much gold is in each of these rooms the round and then you use that money to buy tokens in the markets which will add additional creatures into your dungeon or add traps or add a little victory points that you'll get at the end of the game. At the end of each round you'll get a scoring card, challenge cards, and they give you a different Victory Point conditions like different goals to accomplish. Then once everyone's finished their fourth row you add up the points from a global goal and your Blueprint Card where you look for the pathing trying to connect as many rooms to the entrance. Each person is building their own dungeon passing cards to each other.
