Audit yourself. Take a step back and take a look at how you're spending your 10-12 hour day. I guarantee that 25% of it is spent doing dumb sh*t. Stop wasting time and stop doing unnecessary things. Whatever you're wasting your time on can either be done by replacing it with cheap labor, or by getting rid of it altogether because it's providing zero value to your bottom line.
Now you'll have an extra 25% of your day to start getting closer to your customers and start understanding what they expect from your business. If you're wasting time, you're wasting money. You need to engage with your consumers. The closer you are, the more you'll win.
