After all these years, I've finally done it - I finally beat the game with all 4 factions (There is no ending available for 4 player mode - but you can play coop with it!)

There are some slight variants to the different endings, notably the music - which I don't think the soundtrack I found a while back had all of them.

More notably, all 4 factions have a different Map 16! All of these starts with the AI opponent having bigger starting income, Pre-deployed troops (only time where there's such a thing) and usually a bigger daily income as well. Here's a bit more info:

Red Star - Shark Strait: You start with a somewhat sizeable income (about 21000) but no extra money, Access to all the type of units from Classic mode. Protect from fliers as quickly as possible! (Strikers are your friends if you can get them early)
Blue Moon - Royal Channel: Also a pretty decent starting income, though no bonus money again. Also you have a disadvantage going second against an opponent with pre-deployed. You will be assaulted by Bombers early, so prepare some flak cannons if you can! You also have access to all types of units from classic mode, but are land-locked, so Landers will be required!
Green Earth - Countdown: Your starting imcome is bad, but thanks to an availability to the Train (One of the most powerful units in the game) you get some extra money at start. Main problem is you are land locked and the opponent will assault you early with Battleships!
Yellow Comet - Final Battle: Oh boy, if the opponent wasn't also affected by Fog of War, this level would be worse than Advance Wars' Advance Campaign Rivals! You start with 9000 income. That's it. Good luck. I'm pretty sure if your opponent is Mr. Yamamoto, this would be literally impossible.
