0Hanging out with robots and searching for their notebooks in Dead City. Annoyingly, I couldn't find the last book in one of the apartments (even though I checked the related location and read the tip twice), so spent last twenty minutes messing around.
⦿ Love how the camera works when you're going through narrow spaces [08:39 54:05] — it really gives you a sense of scale, making you feel tiny in comparison to this world.
⦿ I honestly thought that I was expected to fill this bucket with water rather than throw it into the air vent [14:16].
⦿ And eventually, some buckets can be filled with water [54:34], yeah?
⦿ There is something genuinely satisfying in dropping small objects from the surfaces in this game, almost impossible to resist [28:22 51:18 51:48].
⦿ I'd expect the bottles to crash [59:09], just like the pots do [01:16:52 01:23:28], especially with such vivid sound design.
⦿ Slow zoom out effect when chilling is brilliant and extremely meditative [59:26 01:14:35 02:02:40].
⦿ Encountered a bug [01:02:38] from which I could not find a way out rather than reloading the last checkpoint.
⦿ Leaving a note for the future about the physics and sound of the beaded curtain at [55:15].
⦿ Not too obvious from the footage, but the controls get mismatched when you pick up a brown paper bag [01:19:06].
