2Trophy time! This is the Platinum trophy and game guide for Stay. All collectibles and 100% completion including Can't Cat-ch Me which is at the end.
I show you where the collectibles are and how to get all of the trophies. I do the Can't Cat-ch Me trophy at the end in a separate run. I also do a second run of Chapter 8 due to the first run being a quick run to get the Pacifist trophy. The I Am Speed trophy is in a separate video.
Also, there is a section of Midtown - Chapter 10 that is missing. Just follow the written instruction laid out next to finish the chapter from where the video ends: You can head back to the Residence area, and go under the gate. You’ll need to avoid drones and make your way back to Clementine’s. On the ground floor, pick a side, then wait for the drones to move so you can get up the stairs. Go right at the top of the stairs, then head to the right through the middle area. There are two more moving drones to avoid, the first just past the central walkway. Wait for it to move, then run past.
In the next hallway is the next drone. To avoid it, wait until it moves towards the far side of the hallway, then follow behind and jump into the box on the left. Wait until it goes back the other way and exit the box and follow the path up.
On the top floor there are two drones. The first is stationary facing right, you just need to jump onto the railing and walk across the signs in the middle of the area. The second drone is moving back and forth across the other side of the walkway, just wait until it moves to the right to jump into the apartment.
Head into the room on the left and interact with the wall. There's a Mysterious Note. First, head out into the main area and inspect the smoking item on the table.
Next, interact with the pink tower hanging from the wall to the left, which allows you to pull out a drawing to use as a platform. Then jump up to the upper area, head around under the tent and interact with the crystal.
Next, jump back down and head into the room to the side, where you can interact with the mannequin with a road pylon on it. Last, head back to the kitchen area, where you can jump up to a shelf above the counter and interact with the lava lamp.
To avoid detection by the drones, make sure you don’t get spotted by the one right outside the apartment. You can watch for the detection area through the gap, before you jump onto the window ledge.
You can then jump onto the middle section of signs, then down to the lower section following the cord to the bottom. Watch for the drone on the ground level when you jump down. If you’ve made it without getting spotted by the drones, you’ll earn a trophy.
Then head into the back alley where the sweeping robot is. This time you want to go across the awning towards the robot in the purple. Continue around the pipes to reach the window where a robot is looking out, then interact to have them move out of the way.
Inside, jump onto the bar and pick up the Strange Drink. Then walk over and stand inside the square platform by the sink, and meow to have it move down. In this room you can interact with the table to obtain a memory.
Head back up, go to the leftmost table from the bar, where you can find a record sitting on top (the record can glitch and disappear, to have it reappear, restart the checkpoint). Take the record up to the DJ booth and place it on the left turn table, then interact with it to obtain a trophy.
Go to the dance floor and to the right of the stage are two robots standing, one holding a lever. Interact and give them the Strange Drink for the Lever Handle.
Go to the left side of the stage, where you can interact to place the lever. Jump on top and wait for the robot to reverse the lever, raising the tube, allowing you to get to the top. There are 3 buttons, interact with the LEFT and RIGHT ones once each to adjust the lights, then jump across to reach the VIP area. Head into the VIP area for a cutscene and the end of the chapter, earning the trophy.
