Well, we didn't get the NPC we wanted, and ended up failing just short of the Armory entrance after way too much combat for a non-combat build... (The run could've easily gone better, but remember the idea was to stubbornly stick to the goal of reaching Armory, despite having lots of other better/safer options available given the situation.)
