[Stream] Quattro Adventure - 4 Questionable NES Games in 1!
11Multicarts and the Nintendo Entertainment System go together like cookies and milk. You have the official ones like Super Mario Bros. + Duck Hunt or Super Spike V'Ball + Nintendo World Cup, but then there's a whole bunch of unlicensed ones as well.
Many of these were bootleg carts that just stole a bunch of officially licensed games and packaged them together, but the one we're looking at today is a little bit different. Code Masters was a highly regarded game developer at the time, but instead of paying Nintendo's absurd fees and abiding by their list of publishing rules, Code Masters decide to go rogue and release their games without Nintendo's official approval. As a result, you'll find some oddly shaped gold and silver cartridges on the NES that certainly aren't the Legend of Zelda!
The truth is though, that despite being unlicensed, Code Masters games aren't even usually that bad. And in tonight's case, we're checking out a multicart that includes 4 Code Masters games in 1! None of which had stand along releases on the console. Just what awaits us in the Quattro Adventure cartridge? I can hardly wait to find out!
