23ATLAS is a game company that many people are like familiar with today for series such as Persona and Shin Megami Tensei. But while not as recognized for their releases on North America's Nintendo Entertainment System there still are some games here and there that bare their name.
Rockin' Kats is one such gane, released as NY Nyankies in Japan for the Famicom. It gives off a Saturday morning cartoon sort of vibe despite being a completely original game. Hideyuki Kubota, who also worked on Mario Party 2 and Bomberman Hero, is credited as the planner/designer.
