2Street Fighter lll 3rd Strike. Max difficulty? Always...anyway yes I am using Sean. Why Sean? well for starters he is not as bad as everyone says he is. However he has been nerfed some from Street fighter lll 2nd Impact. If you are willing to work a little he is actually decent. First and foremost you have to use his SA2, second if you don't have rhythm you can't play him, third fakes/mind games, fourth meter is everything, fifth some decent parrying helps, and finally the basketball...
