Last time I got to fight our good friend Joe...a lot. While I was about to come up with a strategy. Victory was still outside my grasp. This time I get to start from the very beginning, because there was a glitch. The glitch being the game changes to the Japaneses version. While Capcom has fixed this issue. At the time of recording I thought my save game had gotten deleted so I started from scratch again.
