Basically, from what is discussed in the video, Capcom MIGHT think that V-Skill isn't as effectively utilized for certain characters and are trying to increase their use by allowing for certain characters to cancel into V-Skill from a TC, special move, etc. depending on the character's tools and approach. Examples are Nash and Juri's V-Skills either allowing for them to cancel into them, or give their V-Skills different properties.

Be on the look out for changes to your character's V-Skill in Season 2. See if you can cancel into your V-Skill or if it has different properties.
