I've done a bunch of stuff that I might consider 'difficult' in my videos in the past. However, none of those things compare with the amount of practice and the pure level of concentration I had to have to get this footage. It really felt like learning 2-handed, independent coordination piano parts. Or some stupid, polyrhythmic, 2-handed tapping sequences on guitar. Except with abstract joystick motions and button inputs that don't relate to any specific BPM or time signature.

The Rufus + Akuma clip stands out because, just doing a back dash, then buffering all the raging demon inputs before it finishes, with one hand, is pure stupidity. Having to do that at the end of an already super difficult sequence was quite taxing.

Will I look back on the 2 weeks this video took with fondness? or be sure that I've wasted my time learning arguably, the least practical and most useless skill in the world. Who knows? Isn't life exciting?!
