Back all the way at the path split (after killing the Bishop), this time I am going to trust the Oracle and expose Macil right away. Once again, this seems like a good choice as well. No matter what you do, you end up exposing either of them but it makes sense to trust Macil and what the game considers to be the better option.
This choice SIGNIFICANTLY shortens the game. The Oracle sends you to kill Macil and then the Loremaster and there is no need or way to go to the Commons and the mines and to free the prisoners, kill the renegade Spectre in the ruined temple at the of the Catacombs and do the entire Factory with all of its sections and lastly shut down the Conversion Chapel. It is straight to the Proving Grounds and the Lab.
Richter also immediately takes over the Front's forces but how he handled himself out there remains unknown. Interestingly, Blackbird actually suggests this time that Macil must have wanted the conflict with the Order going constantly which sounds to me like the logical option for the One God and the Spectres. The game also sounds like you should already know who Richter is which is not true on this path. Hm.

Considering I just cleared the Proving Grounds and got lost this time as well, that says something about the map!
