As I mentioned in my last stream, I was going to attempt the Luma Pools final chase sequence on my own time, because if you've watched me attempt chase sequences in the Ori games before, you know it's my weakest aspect of the games and a source of endless frustration. X'-D My previous attempt at the Luma Pools finale made me think this was going to be one of the worst, so instead of spend more than half of a stream with my own futility, I decided to record this so I could stream freely later.
Surprise surprise, a simple control change helped me beat the chase in a mere handful of attempts, and some shard shenanigans helped me beat the final fight pretty quickly too. So I didn't have to do ANY cutting to get this video to be only about half an hour long! It was simultaneously somewhat anticlimactic and also smugly satisfying. IDK
I think what's next for me will be attempting that snowy area up north, try to figure out some of those puzzles. But yes, take control of your commands in the Ori games when necessary! It can be very, very helpful.
