Subnautica Ep 19 - The Disease Research Facility - Full Release Gameplay
This is episode nineteen of my Subnautica walkthrough using the full release version
I'll be following the quests to make the most of this great survival game although you can play it in any order you like
In this episode we go in search of the disease research facility
Before heading out though I show off the new thermal plants I've added to the base because we've sometimes come close to losing power, especially during the night due to all the battery charging, water filtration and scanning that goes on
Having realised we've lost the beacon to the enforcement platform I show how to reach it without one
From the enforcement platform we set out in search of the disease research facility and although we don't find an entrance we do come across a wreck along the path
There we find a blueprint for a creature decoy, a lot of cyclops engine fragments, enough fragments to give us the blueprint for a prawn suit drill arm, fragments to make the blueprint for a prawn suit propulsion arm, prawn suit fragments, a blueprint for the cyclops fire suppression system, a blueprint for some swim charge fins, some power cell charger fragments and a propulsion cannon fragment
Next we decide to cut our losses and make our way to the last Degasi habitat. Nearby we find an entrace to the lost river in search of the disease research facility
As we travel through we encounter a ghost leviathan, well a baby one, which takes an interest in our cyclops
In the disease research facility we find out what the aliens were up to invesitgating the kharaa virus and learn about the warpers that plague us
