There is a weird thing when playing the game. Either looking to pick up arrows and sorting out things in your backpack to make room etc. It is like "can't see the timber through the trees" When watching the video, I can notice the arrow but in game, I struggle. I have also noticed it with other YT players. When sorting their pack, there is an item sitting there, but it is like it is invisible... I did it with the grenades. :)
