Welcome back to another episode of Meditative Mandala, to help you and myself included chill out and or mentally prepare for the week upcoming. This week has been quite stressfull for myself personally speaking, as I have experienced a lot of negative experiences this week. Most of which was out of my control, and I can only react to the problems that I face. I was very stressed out and very upset over what has happened in my situation. But as usualy I focus to much on the negative and not on the positive. Sometimes the higher power removes something or someone from your life as it sees the negative impact they say about you or towards you that you do not.
