Super Battletoads(Arcade) - 1cc ALL Hardest NoMiss/NoDeath Zitz ( NO TAS )
106I did it, finally a nomiss run for Zitz on hardest. As far as I know this is the only hardest run on youtube with no deaths for this specific character. I've had prior experience with this game 1cc'ing it on defaults in the past a few times so this took a lot of adjusting to the new difficulty.
Hardest (level 6) has more aggressive enemies, enemies deal more damage, stage 1 has smaller health pickups, bosses are way more aggressive ( take note of the Karnath fight ) he recovers almost before my smash attack even finishes so I must be buffering a dash each time and space my smash attacks perfectly / adjust on the fly if the smash attack is mistimed. Also your health bar does not refill going into the next stage like a normal beat'em'up would unless you are left at 1 bar of health, in which the game puts you up to 3 which still is insignificant in hardest.

00:00:17 - Defend The Vulture
This stage is pretty straightforward, not really that difficult as long as you route it correctly. The only place for error is near the end and you don't have a pipe / explosive box to setup to cc the pig/rats. Boss is very easy to take down.
00:04:09 - Christmas Grotto
I had a lot of trouble in this stage, I had to adjust my old strats and use new ones. The small rats where giving me problems a lot. Karnath fight required some practice with timing and spacing since he recovers so ridiculously fast in this mode. Unfortunately I get bit at the end leaving me with 1 bar of health ( lmao ).
00:09:23 - Dark Queen's Battleship
Good start, cc'ed the gold rats wrong but still managed to recover by quickly using my double kick and cc'ing the rest of the gold rats, If I died there it would have been a reset for me. I managed to pull through and getting the health pickups leaving me in a very good health situation. The next part of the stage is a little bumpy but still manged to survive until health pickups, the rest is pretty smooth up until the robo-rat fight going into stage 4 with good health.

00:19:37 - Endless Pit
Very smooth stage, probably the best you could get. I used a super during the eyeball rush to avoid getting hit, less resources for the grogg rush but weighing the risks its safer to use super there to avoid the potential damage since its all random. I took no damage the entire stage.
00:25:09 - Dark Queen's Mansion
This is where everyone's 1cc goes to die even on defaults. This stage requires hard routing and consistency. Some of the mobs in this area are certain death if you mess up. I grinded this stage the most out of all the other stages so it was very very smooth. Blag was kinda sloppy and got hit a few times messing up my smash attack but hard focused and got into stage 6 just fine there. As long as you don't get hit by his counter and just his jabs you can afford some errors here. You really wanna avoid getting sat on him too, does insane damage and hard to recover from it. I pretty much took no damage for 98% of the stage so I'm satisfied with how I did.
00:34:21 - Final Confrontation
Good start, minor error early and got hit by some flames but nothing really worried me much because I could still get some health back later on. The only thing that worried me was the defense drone rush and I was down a super. I spaced them well enough I could survive it with a clutch clear at the end going into Robo manus with very good health, at this point I wasn't that worried at all but still a little nervous I may mess up somehow for how long the boss fight is. Robo manus fight was pretty well done, took one stray hit but It didn't worry me at all, once you get to his final phase its really hard to lose because he has a predictable bullet pattern that's very easy to dodge, not much threat there.
