Really nice action platformer game by a single dev! Thanks for providing me a key, I really enjoyed it! For a first game, I'm impressed. The spritework is great and it feels really good to play. Some of the levels where the clone chased you are a bit awkward, but other than that my only complaint really is that I want more. Super Ember Kaboom is a fairly short experience, as I got 100% with these hitless bosses within about an hour, but YMMV. Looking forward to potential future updates and games :) I have to say, the enemy variety and spritework was well done, and the different abilities were really fun to experiment with. I especially liked the Gale and Light ability. I think this kind of gameplay would even be suited to a Metroidvania with a more zoomed out camera. It kind of gives me vibes of Miles & Kilo as well as Magicat.
