A perfect run through Champion's Road with Rosalina. The commentary is pretty soft at the start but I had played through it many times so I had said a lot in the previous video. Notes on the run below:

Section 1: Jumping
I made a small error by dodging the first cannon ball before getting my first speed burst, so I use long jumps to catch up with the platforms. My goal is always to hit the first clear pipe at 484 on the timer. It can be done faster, but safety first!

Section 2: Fire Bros.
They aren't too dangerous to Rosalina but it is faster and more consistent to just skip past the first two.

Section 3: Chargin' Chuck
Avoid jumping while moving. With Rosalina I stand still and use her spin attack to kill four of them, but standing still and jumping works just as well with other characters. Jump over the last Chuck from the fourth last block.

Section 4: Switch Blocks
This section is why I took Rosalina. Her spin can be used to offset your timing from the blocks (allowing you to correct mistakes and do elevation changes more safely). The important tricks I discovered are to immediately run at the start of this section, to jump at the last possible moment to gain elevation on the final pink block in the first section, and then to run aggressively when the blue blocks are invisible for the final section.

Section 5: Magikoopas
Just go for the middle one first and try to avoid stepping on two blocks simultaneously.

Section 6: Spikes
Once you grab the Potted Piranha go straight for the front of the moving orange platform. Clearing out all of the enemies and grabbing the coins isn't necessary in the slightest, but I had made a habit of it. On the final jumping segment before the second star performing three jumps (forward, slight backward, forward) is much more reliable than going for two large jumps (at least with Rosalina, Toad or Mario might be fast enough to do 2 jumps consistently).

Section 7: Wall Kicking
Killing all of the enemies doesn't help all that much, but I am using Rosalina so I might as well make life easier by clearing them out and earning some coins.

Section 8: Piranha Vine
I do the four jump technique to get to the top of the platform but I still recommend a wall kick after stomping the third one and then stomping on the fourth one (or using a spin with Rosalina). It is more consistent (for me at least).

Section 9: Spikes and the Water Block
This actually isn't too bad, just push your analog stick up to swim into the wall the whole time. It improves control, and if you accidentally jump out the front of the water block you are basically screwed.

Section 10: Shockwaves and Turbo Speed
Run as soon as you can to get good timing for the first segment. Use a butt-stomp to shift the timing if you don't like how the shockwaves are lining up. On the final platform always dodge towards the center of the area - the shockwaves clear that area very quickly (even though it seems like the most dangerous place), and they will be moving away from you if you get into the middle. The lowest key is the most dangerous due to the fifth shocker being off screen and easy to forget about. Use butt-stomps.

Section 11: The Clear Pipe
Congratulations.

Note on The Missing Stamps:
I hadn't yet grabbed the stamp in the final Captain Toad stage. The other 5 are from getting the flagpole with every character in every stage.
