Kill Chuckya. Read two signs, then bring the water to it's second lowest level. After that, get the "Shocking Arrow Lifts" star out of the ! box (but don't collect it). Get the metal cap, collect five (and only five) red coins, kill two skeeters and get the "Express Elevator--Hurry Up!" star.
Timed; timing starts when you enter the level, ends when you pick up the star.

Woof. This task was just.... words can't explain how lucky I was to get a run this clean. It wasn't flawless, but it was damn close considering the length of the thing. I'll be pretty pissed if there's a route that's faster than this one.
