On this video, I am performing an infinite boost on the PAL version of Super Mario Kart, in 50Hz and on original hardware and software. Infinite boost is a glitch that was not intended by Nintendo when developing the game.
The goal of this video is to prove the infinite boost is not actually infinite, because it happens to suddenly stop for no reason after exactly 21 minutes and 52 seconds.
This real time video was recorded on an original Super Mario Kart PAL (FAH) cartridge and on an Super Nintendo 1-chip system, and I used an OSSC to capture the original video quality at its finest.
Sorry @PeterBrookF1 for your voice cameo between 6:30 and 6:45 – I was listening to one of your videos while recording this (because I needed to do something interesting while doing it) and for some reason, I turned on the Firefox source on OBS by mistake at some moment. Hope you don't mind!
