This is the PAL version which runs at 25 fps. This means it is a bit easier to run than the NTSC version that runs at 30 fps. I also enabled two hacks:

Skip EFB Access from CPU - On
Immediately present XFB - On

Everything else default here. This may be the best way to run this game on a non-jailbroken device but you can’t avoid thermal throttling as you’ll see here.
