This is a new idea that shares elements with the hoverless challenge, but hopefully allows for 100% completion of the game. Even with the ability to have access to the Hover Nozzle I may still challenge myself to try shines without it for fun. My big concerns are going to be the secret level red coin secret shines and a couple areas where getting access to E. Gadd boxes may not be possible. Still, I'm going to need to learn a lot of the tricks used in hoverless runs to do long distance jumps. We will need to wait and see if this challenge is currently possible.

Challenge Rules:
1. No swapping between the primary Spray Nozzle and Secondary Nozzle through use of the "X" button (exception for Rule 3).
2. E. Gadd boxes and dinosaurs (Yoshi) are valid ways to change Nozzles.
3. For in level transitions, the equipped nozzle must remain equipped after the transition (usually defaults to Spray Nozzle after transitions to new areas).
4. Leaving a level or collecting a shine will reset Mario to the Spray Nozzle.
