After crossing holes with ghostly embers, go through an opening below for the first flower and 2 Red Coins. After some Ghostly Guys with a big Boo, jump some fire bars and collect 2 Red Coins when you fall to a platform. Collect 4 more Red Coins and make your way towards a larger ball that takes you to a room with a Piranha Plant. Fall through ahead and battle Salvo the Slime. Throw eggs to shrink the slime and once you do, use the key to open the locked door. Touch the checkpoint and you’ll enter the main pipe room. Go to the first basement and use the pipe left to battle Salvo the Slime again. Shrink the massive slime for a key. On the first floor, the pipe far right has spikes blocking 4 Red Coins, so you’ll have to throw eggs to break the spikes. On the 2nd floor, use the pipe on the left for the 2nd flower over Tap Taps. On the 2nd floor, use the pipe far right for 4 Red Coins over Tap Taps. On the 3rd floor, the pipe left leads to the 3rd flower over Tap Taps. Unlock the cork from a pipe using the key and enter there to find the next checkpoint. In the lava room, you’ll find the 4th flower and 4 Red Coins while riding a 4-platform wheel. Ride a log but beware of bonefish lurking. Get the last flower and enter the pipe to the boss room. The next boss is Tap-Tap the Red Nose. This boss will move and jump about so use eggs to hit the colored blocks so they disappear. Keep breaking the blocks until the boss falls into the lava.
