When you enter the Front Door, you must choose any of the 4 paths. Path 1 has the scene side-scrolling and the ceiling crashing down. Cross the lava with fireballs lurking then ahead is the door. If you choose Path 2, you’ll go on a steel fence over spikes with fireballs and Koopas moving. In Path 3, you’ll navigate a maze with Mechakoopas. In Path 4, there are platforms with Lil’ Sparkys and Hotheads moving on the platforms. After taking any of the 4 paths, you’ll must take one of the next 4 paths. Path 5 has spiked pillars falling with Thwomps. Path 6 has an underwater area with Dry Bones, mace balls, and spikes. Path 7 has statues shooting fire and the golden ones will jump after you. Path 8 has Chargin’ Chucks jumping. After taking any of the next 4 paths, you’ll be in a dark room. Hit a red ? Block to make a light appear. You’ll see some Ninjis and Mechakoopas as you go along. Once you go far, you’ll find the big red door to enter and battle Bowser. His Koopa Clown Car will move about and release 2 Mechakoopas. Throw Mechakoopas at Bowser twice and he will flee the scene will flames raining down. The princess will throw a Mushroom for you to power up. On the 2nd phase, the Clown Car will release heavy bubble balls twice. Once the Mechakoopas appear, throw them at Bowser twice and he will flee the scene with flames raining down again. The princess will give you another Mushroom if you’re troubled. On the 3rd and final phase, the Clown Car will be bouncing. When the Mechakoopas appear, throw them at Bowser twice more to finish him completely. The princess will be rescued and you have completed the game.
