A showcase of some custom ASM I wrote for my Oatsngoats contest hack, which ties into a custom miniboss I made. The custom ASM sets an event bit and triggers a screen shake after killing a certain number of enemies in a room. In the case of my miniboss, this gives the effect of some kind of collapse in another room due to blasting out the center of the pillar.
