My latest Neptunia game after 4 Goddesses Online. This game reminds me of Valkyrie Profile a little and the music is pretty good. This video shows a few Guild Hunt quests with a story boss that I found humorous. Each character has a role in the game that makes them useful.
Neptune: Melee Attack
Noire: Attack Mage
Blanc: Healer
Vert: Support Tank
I haven't played much with Chrome (seemingly Attack Mage) nor have I downladed the DLC (IF, Compa, Artisan) to say what I think.
The skills Auto-Regen (seen throughout the video), Half AP and Auto-Haste can make the game rather easy and all can obtained (especially Auto-Regen) really early.
